Staff writer Cayla Vaughan As many people know, this year Imagine Prep Surprise created a new grading system. The system states that 70 percent of the grade consists of tests, quizzes, and assessments, while the other 30 percent consists of bellwork, homework and other assignments. The new grading system has stirred up debates between the students, teachers, and faculty.

Staff writer Rachel Jones Most students don’t go out and experience the world and different cultures.
Unfortunately most don’t have the luxury or time; but if everyone did, would we all be traveling the world to learn about other cultures? Would that be an important part of learning to many students? How much more would we know about the world around us? Staff writer Vitoria Silveira Garcia Bullying is the use of superior strength or influence to intimidate someone, typically to force him or her to do what one wants.
At Imagine Prep Surprise there are standards and expectations put in place when it comes to bullying. Assistant Principal Mr. Daniel Hattley shared his thoughts on bullying. Staff writer Samantha Marker Oct. 31 was no ordinary day for Imagine Prep. It is a day filled with activities for anti-bullying awareness.
The main people involved on this day are Ms. Alexa Pupo, a teacher here at Imagine and Mr. Chris McComb, Imagine Prep’s principal. This unordinary day is called Mix-It-Up-Day.
